Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the kb444 platform. Applicable only to users aged 21 and above.
Introduction and Consent
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kb444 and its users. By accessing the kb444 website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. Eligibility and Age Requirement

- You must have a valid and active mobile number and a banking or mobile banking account.

- You must not currently be listed as a banned or suspended user.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Account Creation
When registering an account on kb444, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. kb444 reserves the right to verify any account details, and if false information is found, the account may be suspended or closed.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. If members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or network, kb444 must be notified.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.4 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification
kb444 conducts KYC procedures for identity verification when required. This may include requesting copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity documents. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed.
Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The currently accepted payment methods on kb444 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount is determined by the platform's current policy. You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account linked at the time of account registration.
- Your account must have sufficient balance to make a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of suspicious transactions.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.
- Withdrawal requests may be rejected if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
4.3 Currency and Transactions
All transactions on kb444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported. All transaction records are stored in our system and will serve as the final evidence in the event of a dispute.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on kb444 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. After claiming this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times must be fulfilled. This means you must wager 15 times the combined total of your deposit and bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw.
5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
- Winnings earned through a bonus can be withdrawn up to a specified maximum limit.
- It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
- If any fraud or misuse is detected in the use of a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- kb444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.3 VIP and Cashback
The kb444 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback is paid at a set time each week.
Prohibited Activities and Misuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kb444 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's system or software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Bet Cancellation Policy
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, kb444 reserves the right to recover or cancel that bet. Users will be informed in a timely manner in such cases.
7.2 Technical Issues
kb444 is not responsible if a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device malfunction. In such situations, transactions will be settled based on the data recorded on our servers.
7.3 Cricket Betting
The cricket betting section offers betting on various international tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events. If a match is abandoned or suspended, international betting rules will be followed for settling bets.

kb444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in the Terms.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
- Evidence of being a minor.
- Extended inactivity beyond a defined period.
Limitation of Liability
kb444 bears no liability in the following circumstances:
- Any loss caused by loss of internet connection or device malfunction.
- Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account by a third party.
- Service disruption caused by natural disasters or other unforeseeable events.
- Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
- Any loss arising from a user making decisions without reading the Terms.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between kb444 and a user, a resolution will first be sought through discussion. Any complaint related to a dispute must be submitted to our support team in writing.

Intellectual Property

The logos, trademarks, and intellectual property of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) are owned by their respective owners.
Service Changes and Termination

General Provisions

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
15.3 Language
These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict between the Bengali version and any translation into another language, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
